Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with course work in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification a plus.
10+ years’ experience as an HR professional and leadership of a regional office.

Responsibilities

Assist leaders with workforce planning to identify regional needs to meet objectives.
Develop and maintain consistent job titles and descriptions across locations.
Ensure onboarding and orientation processes are conducted using HR resources.
Provide strategic HR support and counsel to leaders and staff.
Drive performance management, employee engagement and compliance initiatives.
