NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You’ll partner with business leaders, build relationships with top talent, and help attract, engage, and hire exceptional professionals across functions, with a focus on Employee Benefits within the insurance brokerage space.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and recruiting experience.
3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
Insurance brokerage or insurance industry recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with Hiring Managers to understand talent needs and workforce plans.
Screen resumes, conduct candidate interviews, and present qualified talent.
Lead recruitment across various roles, focusing on Employee Benefits and insurance talent.
Develop proactive sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates.
Provide market intelligence and recruiting updates to leadership.
Maintain strong candidate relationships and a positive candidate experience.
Act as an ambassador for NFP’s culture and employer brand.
Keep ATS/CRM data and activity accurate.
