Job summary

Johnson Outdoors is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all HR functions at our Minnesota facility. You will partner with global HR teams to implement programs, support leaders, and drive employee engagement across the organization.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and at least 5 years of HR leadership experience, including managing projects and staff. You will champion compliance, total rewards, and a strong culture at Johnson Outdoors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or equivalent.
• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of human resources experience including leading other HR staff, projects and functions.
• Hands-on manager with integrity and ability to work with diverse personalities.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, benefits, recruitment, talent management and design.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all HR areas and day-to-day requirements for assigned locations.
• Provide HR management support in employee relations, learning & development, employment and engagement.
• Partner with global HR teams to manage system-wide initiatives and design market-driven approaches.
• Align HR strategies with business objectives and act as mentor and coach to leaders.
• Maintain positive employee relations and ensure regulatory compliance.
