Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or equivalent.
• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of human resources experience including leading other staff, projects and functions.
• Hands-on manager with integrity and drive.
• Ability to work with diverse personalities to maximize outcomes.
• Proficiency in managing full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, benefits, talent management and design.
• Experience leading projects from concept to implementation and evaluation.
