Qualifications

• SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives to align HR strategy with business goals.
• Lead multi-site HR initiatives and ensure operational excellence.
• Oversee employee relations, compliance, and risk management.
• Coach plant HR managers and lead cross-functional teams.
• Travel 40–75% to assigned locations.
