Job summary

- 10+ years in Human Resources
- Experience with Employee Relations and People Development
- Experience working in a matrix organization and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering leadership to anticipate organizational needs and implement HR programs
- Provide expert HR guidance and organizational insight to engineering leadership
- Develop and implement HR solutions, programs and policies to support the organization
- Administer performance reviews, salary reviews, promotions, and employee relations processes
- Support training needs and partner with Learning organization to execute programs
