Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience across Human Resources and people strategy.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA is a plus.
• Ability to travel typically 25% of the time.
• Prior experience supporting R&D and engineering teams is an asset.
• In-person, office-based role requiring collaboration.

As a trusted advisor, you will balance long-term strategic thinking with hands-on execution, exercising sound judgment and discretion in navigating sensitive and complex situations.

• Lead talent reviews and succession planning to build a strong Engineering leadership pipeline.
• Champion Lutron principles and foster a safe, respectful, and productive workplace culture.
• Partner with leaders on organizational design and workforce planning initiatives.
• Design and implement HR programs, policies, and solutions aligned with business needs.
• Identify learning needs and partner with L&D to execute and measure development programs.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Comp & Benefits, TA, Talent Development) to support business objectives.
• Administer core HR processes including salary reviews, performance reviews, promotions, year-end evaluations, employee relations, and accommodation requests.
• Lead and support organizational change, employee engagement, and retention initiatives to improve workforce effectiveness.
• Lead HR analytics initiatives and drive continuous improvement of HR systems.Maintain deep knowledge of employment laws and HR policies, ensuring day-to-day compliance and partnering with Legal as required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience across Human Resources and people strategy, including 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Bachelor's Degree is required; an MBA is a plus.
• HR certifications (like SHRM, Cornell, etc.) are nice to have.
• Ability to travel typically 25% of the time, with flexibility to accommodate additional travel as required by business needs.
• Prior experience supporting R&D and engineering teams is an asset.
• This is an in-person, office-based role, as the position requires working closely with others.
