You will independently manage end-to-end recruitment, coach hiring managers, and drive strategic, data-driven decisions to strengthen Lutron's talent pipeline and brand as an employer of choice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years in Talent Acquisition, with senior-level and scale hiring.
• Agency and in-house recruiting experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel to key sites and influence senior leaders.
• Expertise in managing full-cycle searches across professional and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement recruitment strategies to build a robust pipeline of top talent.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional roles across designated functions.
• Partner with business leaders to meet hiring needs with excellence and candidate experience.
• Coach hiring teams on behavioral interviewing, evaluation, and selection best practices.
• Optimize TA processes, maintain data integrity in the ATS, and build vendor partnerships.
