Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Investigator to support our US locations within Worldwide Operations Human Resources. The role focuses on thorough, unbiased investigations into sensitive employee relations issues, with emphasis on data analysis, interviews, and timely case closure.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and 5–7 years of HR generalist or investigations experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
• 5-7 years human resource generalist experience or HR investigations specialist experience.
• Experience in conducting investigative work, including claimant, witness, and target employee interviews, investigative data analysis, and production of investigative documentation.

Responsibilities

• Investigate highly sensitive HR and Employee Relations issues, including interviews and data analysis and production of documentation.
• Independently manage assigned casework, bring investigations to closure.
• Design, collect, and analyze multiple levels of employee and stakeholder feedback.
• Analyze aggregate casework data to identify trends and mitigation opportunities.
• Provide strategic recommendations to proactively address systemic issues.
• Support policy revisions to sustain positive WW Ops work environment.
• Balance crisis-response with ongoing projects.
