The role requires a Bachelor’s in Business/HR and 5+ years of ER experience, with strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills. Office-based with potential flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, HR or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years HR Employee Relations or related experience.
• Strong communication, problem solving and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate complaints of wrongful conduct and document outcomes.
• Analyze trends and collaborate with teams to propose improvements.
• Lead special projects and support ethics and risk initiatives.
• Ensure timely, compliant resolution of cases in Case Management system.
