Huntington Bank is seeking a Senior HR Case Investigator to lead complex workplace investigations involving misconduct, policy violations, retaliation, and harassment. You will define scope, interview senior leaders, assess credible evidence, and deliver well-supported findings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of Employee Relations, Compliance, Ethics or investigative experience, including independently conducting workplace investigations.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex investigations with conflicting evidence and credibility considerations.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and workplace investigation principles.

Responsabilités

• Independently lead complex, sensitive, high-risk, or multi-party workplace investigations from intake through conclusion.
• Determine appropriate investigative scope, allegations, witnesses, evidence, and strategy.
• Conduct interviews involving sensitive allegations, senior leaders, or complex factual circumstances.
• Analyze extensive or conflicting documentary, electronic, and testimonial evidence.
• Conduct structured credibility and corroboration assessments and document the basis for conclusions.
• Produce concise, defensible investigation reports with clear findings and rationale.
• Identify potential legal, regulatory, reputational, or broader risks and elevate appropriately.
• Partner with HR leadership, Legal, Compliance, Security, Ethics and other stakeholders.
• Provide consultation and investigative guidance to HR Case Managers and other HR professionals.
• Lead quality reviews of investigative plans, interviews, and reports.
• Support development of investigation standards, templates, and protocols.
• Identify emerging themes or systemic issues and elevate to stakeholders.
• Manage a portfolio of complex cases with independence, confidentiality, quality, and timeliness.
