Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking an Employee Relations professional to investigate complex complaints and document decisions in the Case Management system. You will analyze trends and work with legal, sales practice, and HR teams to recommend next steps and drive improvements.

The role requires strong communication, facilitation, and attention to detail, with 5+ years in HR/employee relations and a Bachelor’s degree. Onsite work with a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of Employee Relations Specialist/HR Generalist experience or equivalent management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate complaints of wrongful conduct and document decisions in the Case Management system.
• Analyze trends and partner with teams to suggest changes.
• Lead special projects and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
