Job summary

HCSC is seeking a qualified Investigator to conduct internal investigations of misconduct and potential policy violations, prepare detailed reports, and advise senior management on corrective actions up to termination. The role includes analyzing moderate-risk areas from risk assessments, monitoring action plans, and guiding on conflicts of interest and policy interpretation to protect the company.

Strong interviewing and HR policy knowledge are essential, as are solid verbal and written

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 3 years' experience in investigations OR 7 years' experience in investigations.
• Experience in conducting internal investigations and interviewing individuals.
• Understanding HR policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws.
• Verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal investigations of misconduct or potential policy violations and prepare detailed summary reports.
• Make recommendations to senior management for corrective action, including disciplinary actions up to termination.
• Investigate areas identified as moderate risk and monitor corrective action plans for company operations.
• Provide guidance on conflicts of interest and interpretation of company policies.
