Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide employee relations support and coach managers on performance and workplace concerns.
• Support investigations, documentation, and resolution of employee issues with HR leadership.
• Partner with managers on performance management, employee development, and team effectiveness.
• Support onboarding, employee communications, and HR processes.
• Interpret and apply policies and employment laws consistently.
• Conduct compensation analysis, market benchmarking, and equity reviews.
• Assist with salary structures and job evaluation processes.
• Prepare reports and provide data-driven insights for compensation decisions.
• Support annual compensation processes including merit increases and promotions.
• Collaborate across departments and locations to align HR practices.
• Full cycle recruiting for entry level and professional manufacturing roles.
