Job summary

Lesaffre is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to support HR services and talent management for our North American corporate and remote teams. The role blends hands-on HR work with strategic program design in a fast-paced environment.

You will shape HR strategy, deliver employee relations and performance management guidance, and drive global mobility and engagement initiatives in a collaborative setting with leaders across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience including generalist exposure.
• Comfortable using HRIS, talent platforms, people data, Microsoft Office, and emerging AI tools.
• Ability to travel 15% within the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day HR partner for assigned business units and guide managers/employees through lifecycle events.
• Manage U.S. compliance and employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, promotions, leaves, departures, I-9s, recordkeeping).
• Lead employee relations and workplace investigations and coach managers on performance and policy.
• Analyze workforce trends to provide actionable HR insights for leaders.
