Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Process Safety Engineer in Muskegon, MI to lead OSHA PSM and EPA RMP programs within a world-class life sciences facility. You will develop procedures, manage PHA events, and guide teams with DBS continuous improvement practices.

You will apply strong technical leadership, read technical safety information, and travel up to 25% with opportunities for future leadership roles within EHS and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of PSM and RMP experience in hazardous manufacturing.
• Strong communication, leadership and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain procedures for OSHA PSM and EPA RMP compliance.
• Develop and maintain the facility PHA schedule and facilitate events.
• Communicate plans and internal resource demands to teams.
• Evaluate site procedures for applicability to PSM requirements.
• Lead teams in PHA events using DBS continuous improvement principles.
