Job summary

Jst-Corporation- in Pennsylvania seeks a seasoned Senior HR Generalist to act as the primary on-site HR leader for the Harrisburg facility. You will oversee full-spectrum HR functions and collaborate with Corporate HR to ensure compliant, efficient people operations.

A key priority is designing and institutionalizing a company-wide merit and performance review system, supported by hands-on supervisor and employee training across all locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; SHRM certification preferred.
• Experience leading multi-site or manufacturing HR functions.
• Proven design/implementation of merit-based performance systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and institutionalize a company-wide merit and performance review system.
• Develop and deliver training modules across all locations for supervisors and employees.
• Lead leadership enablement programs and compliance modules for supervisory staff.
• Govern policy updates to align with PA and multi-state labor laws.
• Conduct thorough workplace investigations and prepare findings.
• Partner with Corporate HR and legal to defend against EEOC/PHRC actions.
• Administer Paycom HRIS, data integrity, security, and reporting.
• OverseeBenefits, Leaves, OSHA records, and WC claims.
• Support Talent Acquisition and onboarding in coordination with Corporate Recruiting.
• Maintain strict data confidentiality across personnel and medical records.
• Travel up to 20% for multi-site training and audits.
