Job summary

Westfall Technik is seeking a Senior HR Generalist – Multi-Site to partner on-site across three manufacturing locations: New Richmond, WI; Willernie, MN; and an Upper Peninsula, MI site, totaling about 120 employees.

You’ll be the hands-on HR resource on the floor and in the break room, handling employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, leaves, and compliance, reporting to the VP of Human Resources and collaborating with a corporate HR team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
• 4+ years HR generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing or multi-shift environments.
• Hands-on experience with employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Working knowledge of employment law; multi-state experience is a plus.
• Experience with ADP or similar HRIS preferred.
• Willingness to travel regularly between sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to HR resource for site leadership and employees across three locations.
• Conduct investigations, document findings, and recommend outcomes with VP of HR.
• Coach supervisors on progressive discipline, documentation, and performance conversations.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles, including onboarding.
• Assist in leaves administration (FMLA, ADA, state programs) and workers' comp coordination.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws for WI, MN, and MI.
• Maintain accurate employee records in ADP and support compensation, benefits, training.
• Track turnover and retention; propose improvements and actions.
