Job summary

Westfall Technik is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to support three manufacturing sites—New Richmond, WI; Willernie, MN; and Upper Peninsula, MI. The role covers employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, leaves, and compliance with a hands-on, site-based approach.

You will report to the VP of HR and collaborate with a company-wide HR team, traveling weekly to Willernie and quarterly to MI. A Bachelor’s in HR and 4+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years HR generalist experience, ideally in manufacturing or multi-shift environments.
• Experience with employee relations, investigations, and multi-state compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site HR partner for three manufacturing sites across WI, MN, and MI.
• Lead employee relations investigations, document findings, and recommend outcomes.
• Coach supervisors on disciplinary actions and performance conversations.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
