Job summary

Privia Health is seeking a senior HR professional to provide day-to-day HR support across our Care Centers. You will handle onboarding/offboarding, HRIS data administration, benefits support, and performance-management guidance, serving multiple facilities with confidentiality and strong problem-solving.

The role requires 5+ years of HR experience, knowledge of HR policies, and the ability to travel between centers as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple care centers.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or Healthcare Admin preferred.
• Experience with onboarding, offboarding, HRIS, benefits, leaves, reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to Care Center leaders and employees regarding policies, benefits, attendance, PTO, and routine HR processes.
• Interpret and explain established HR policies; identify exceptions, compliance concerns, and higher-risk matters for Director-level review.
• Assist managers with routine performance coaching, attendance tracking, documentation, and corrective-action processes.
• Elevate complex employee-relations matters to the HR Director.
• Coordinate onboarding, changes, transfers, and offboarding; conduct exit interviews and identify trends for HR leadership.
• Maintain accurate HRIS and employee records; prepare routine HR reports.
