Job summary

Privia Health is seeking a Hybrid HR professional to provide day-to-day HR support across Care Centers. The role covers onboarding, offboarding, HRIS data administration, benefits support, leaves, and employee documentation, with a focus on compliant, efficient HR service across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience required.
• Experience supporting benefits administration across multiple Care Centers, locations, or employee populations preferred.
• Experience with onboarding/offboarding, HRIS administration, benefits, leaves of absence, employee documentation, reporting, and performance-management support.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR practices; ability to elevate compliance risks.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to Care Center leaders and employees on policies, benefits, attendance, PTO, and routine HR processes.
• Interpret HR policies; identify exceptions, complaints, compliance concerns, and high-risk matters for Director review.
• Assist managers with routine performance coaching, attendance tracking, and corrective-action processes.
• Elevate sensitive employee relations concerns to the HR Director.
• Coordinate onboarding, changes, transfers, and offboarding; conduct exit interviews and identify trends.
