Experience managing employee relations and investigations
Experience in industrial/manufacturing or distribution/logistics HR support
Experience in a union environment

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition: partner with stakeholders to plan, recruit and hire with targeted cycle times
Talent Management: support talent reviews, succession planning, and career development
Employee Engagement: lead local communication plans and address concerns or grievances
Reward/HRIS/HR Operations: ensure compliance and support salary planning processes
Learning & Development: design and evaluate training programs and manage LMS data
Other: lead special projects and participate in community activities; travel as needed
