Job summary

ASR Group in Crockett, CA, is seeking an HR Generalist to support a defined client group within our manufacturing and distribution operations. You will collaborate with HR peers and business leaders to recruit talent, manage employee relations, investigations, and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional HR experience in specialist or generalist roles.
• Experience managing employee relations and investigations.
• Experience supporting HR activities in manufacturing or distribution businesses.
• Experience partnering with union leadership and administering HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to plan hiring needs and recruit candidates.
• Support talent management activities including succession planning and development programs.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and address concerns and grievances.
• Drive HR operations, policy compliance and salary planning processes.
• Deliver and evaluate learning programs using the LMS.
