Job summary

IAC Group in the United States is seeking an on-site Human Resources Generalist to support a fast-paced, unionized Tier 1 automotive environment. You will handle employee relations, recruitment for hourly roles, onboarding, benefits, attendance, and compliance across multiple shifts.

Qualified candidates will have 3–5 years of HR experience in manufacturing, strong confidentiality, and proficiency with HRIS and MS Office. Knowledge of EHS practices is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in a unionized environment preferred.
• Knowledge of EHS programs a plus.
• Strong confidentiality and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance regarding policies and employment concerns.
• Conduct employee relations, investigations, and counseling.
• Coordinate full cycle recruitment for hourly/entry roles.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and benefits explanations.
• Administer attendance, leave, and performance processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Support safety initiatives with EHS and operations teams.
