Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Organizational Development, or 3+ years in manufacturing.
• SHRM certifications a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes in manufacturing.
• Proficient with MS Office, Visio, Teams and Outlook.
• Maintains confidentiality and protects sensitive information.
• Excellent time management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Implement and administer programs that comply with organizational values, labor laws & regulations.
• Support the execution of the Performance Management Process.
• Administer talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention following all federal, local and company requirements.
• Time-keeping reviews, updates and payroll changes.
• Organize, maintain and update employee files including HRIS systems.
• Provide support for ProAmpac Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefit Programs.
• Ensure HR systems maintain data integrity.
• Support ProAmpac culture and core values, drive engagement and positive employee experience.
• All other duties as assigned.
