Qualifications

• BS/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years human relations experience; manufacturing environment preferred.
• Labor relations experience including contract interpretation and grievance management.
• Knowledge of employment laws (EEOC, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, FLSA, etc.).
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred or supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent strategy, employee relations, labor relations, compliance, and engagement across the facility.
• Lead full cycle recruitment, onboarding, and new-hire orientation.
• Partner with managers and corporate HR to understand workforce requirements, coach on interviewing, and ensure consistent hiring practices.
• Provide guidance on performance management, corrective actions, policy interpretation, and employee development.
• Oversee employee relations, investigations, documentation, and compliance with laws.
• Administer benefits, leave programs, wellness initiatives, and maintain HRIS and personnel records.
• Support organizational development including performance reviews, development plans, and succession planning.
• Lead labor relations activities including grievances, labor agreement interpretation, posting, and bargaining committee participation.
• Coordinate seasonal workforce processes including migrant labor planning, compliance, and agency relationships.
• Build positive relationships, uphold cultural values, and support engagement.
