Reliable Safety & Flow Corporation seeks a Senior HR Generalist to support employee relations, investigations, labor relations, and HR operations for an 800+ workforce at the Columbia, PA plant. Report to the HR Manager and partner with frontline leaders to enforce policies and collective bargaining agreements in a manufacturing setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in employee relations, investigations, and policy administration.
• Experience with labor relations in a unionized manufacturing/distribution environment.

Mansioni

• Partner with HR Manager to support employee relations, investigations, corrective actions, and conflict resolution.
• Be visible on the manufacturing floor, building relationships with employees, supervisors, and union reps.
• Support labor relations: contract interpretation, grievance administration, and CBAs compliance.
• Manage unemployment claims, responses, and hearings as needed.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on policies and HR best practices.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints, harassment, discrimination, and policy violations.
• Utilize HR metrics to identify trends and improve engagement and effectiveness.
• Assist with recruitment for hourly manufacturing roles.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with HR team on onboarding, benefits, and communications.
