Job summary

European Wax Center in Plano, TX seeks a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support leaders and associates across corporate-owned centers. You will advise on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and program execution for a multi-state hourly workforce.

You will drive consistent HR practices, manage investigations, ensure compliance with laws, analyze workforce metrics, and partner with field leaders to develop talent and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 4–7 years of progressive HR experience
• Experience supporting hourly and multi-location workforces
• Experience managing employee relations issues and workplace investigations
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA)
• Proficiency in Excel and HRIS reporting tools (ADP preferred)

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to field leadership on workforce management and engagement.
• Partner with leaders to ensure consistent execution of HR programs, policies, and best practices.
• Coach leaders on performance conversations, feedback delivery, and associate development.
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues, investigations, and policy interpretation.
• Own recurring HR metrics reporting and workforce data analysis for leadership.
