Job summary

Second Sight Solutions, LLC (Second Sight), a BRG subsidiary, is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to manage HR programs across the employee lifecycle in Washington, DC. This hands-on role reports to the VP of HR and owns onboarding, offboarding, benefits, HRIS, and compliance activities.

Responsibilities include handling employee relations, policy development, and coordinating with payroll, benefits providers, and legal counsel as needed in our multi-state, onsite DC office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field required.
• 6-8 years of progressive HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment law incl. FMLA and ADA.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring HR operations and compliance tasks.
• Partner with managers on employee relations and investigations.
• Manage HRIS data, benefits administration, and payroll liaison.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and process improvements.
• Ensure DC-state compliance across multi-state workforce.
