Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR Generalist experience, with 3+ in federal government contracting.
• Professional HR certification (SHRM or similar) preferred.
• Experience with OFCCP, EEO, SCA, and FLSA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle HR generalist activities for federal contracts.
• Manage talent acquisition for cleared staffing and proposals.
• Ensure OFCCP, SCA, and EEO compliance across programs.
• Develop HR analytics dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Oversee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
