Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of HR experience and 2+ years as HR Generalist.
• Experience in employee relations, investigations, performance management, and HR compliance.
• Ability to handle complex workplace issues with discretion and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex employee relations matters, investigations, and dispute-resolution processes.
• Advise leaders and employees on HR policies, employment practices, and applicable laws.
• Partner with operations and HR leadership on performance management, talent development, succession planning, and workforce needs.
• Support employee engagement, change management, coaching, and organizational development initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and recommend actions.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information.
• Lead HR projects and process improvements while supporting a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Serve as a resource and mentor to other HR team members.
