Job summary

This role provides strategic and hands-on support across employee relations, investigations, performance management, compliance, workforce planning, and HR programs.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• Experience in employee relations, investigations, performance management, and HR compliance.
• Ability to handle complex workplace issues, resolve conflict, and make sound decisions with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong communication, coaching, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, accountability, and adaptability.

Preferred: HR, Business, or related degree; PHR/SPHR certification; mining or industrial experience; experience with arbitration or formal dispute-resolution processes.
