Job summary

HDR, Inc. in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle. You will support employee relations, onboarding, performance coaching, and HRIS processes while upholding HDR's employee-owned culture.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field and at least 3 years of experience, with occasional travel. Office-based in Charlotte, with 4–5 days on-site per week and collaboration across the Area HR team.

Responsibilities

• Support full employee life cycle in NC area
• Apply HDR policies consistently and answer questions
• Handle employee relations and performance coaching
• Coordinate compensation market studies with managers
• Process transactions in HRIS and generate reports
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and paperwork
• Promote inclusive work environment and DEI initiatives
• Support NC Area internship program
• Partner with recruiting and hiring managers to open requisitions
• Other duties as assigned
