Job summary

Guaranty Bank & Trust is seeking an HR Generalist II to support the HR Director with employee relations, performance management, and learning & development initiatives. This onsite role focuses on advising across the employee life cycle, identifying improvements, and ensuring regulatory compliance in a fast-growing bank environment.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, 3+ years of HR generalist experience, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Onboarding to career development to employee relations and LOA knowledge.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Experience with HRIS and data reporting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Advise and consult on Employee Life Cycle from onboarding to off-boarding.
• Identify opportunities to improve employee experience and retention.
• Suggest policy improvements aligned with business goals.
• Leverage data to inform decisions and identify trends.
• Support policy interpretation and employee relations consultations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Own company HR communications via intranet and memos.
• Lead multiple HR projects from start to finish.
• Assist with onboarding changes and terminations.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development on training initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
