Job summary

SPOC Automation in Trussville, AL is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support compliance, benefits, leave administration, and HR operations across the organization.

You will partner with the Director of Human Resources and leaders to ensure consistent, confidential HR processes, scalable programs, and a positive Lift Up culture while guiding audits, reporting, and employee relations in a growing manufacturing/tech context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HR compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Administer and coordinate leave programs (FMLA, ADA, etc.).
• Support benefits administration and vendor coordination.
• Maintain HR systems, records, and reporting.
• Provide employee and leader support on policies and processes.
• Escalate sensitive HR matters to the Director of HR.
