The position partners with HR leadership, payroll, finance, and external vendors to ensure compliant benefits, timely pay processing, accurate reporting, and a positive employee experience. Travel 7-10%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience including benefits administration and payroll coordination.
• Experience in a California employment environment preferred.
• Experience with HR, benefits, payroll, or timekeeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries.
• Provide payroll backup support and ensure accurate records.
• Partner with HR leadership on compliance, reporting, and employee relations.
• Support recruitment and onboarding for regional positions.
