Job summary

Georg Utz, Inc. USA is seeking a Senior HR Generalist with a benefits and compliance focus to support our growing U.S. operations.

This role partners with employees and managers to administer benefits programs, maintain compliance, and improve HR processes. You will lead benefits administration, coordinate leave management, ensure regulatory alignment, and advance HR reporting, policy, and training. A strong candidate has 5+ years in HR, solid knowledge of federal and state laws, and experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with emphasis on benefits administration and compliance.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, COBRA, ACA, HIPAA, FLSA, ERISA, and related laws.
• Experience administering benefits and leave programs; strong employee relations.
• Proficiency with HRIS, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Benefits administration across health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and wellness.
• Coordinate open enrollment and vendor communications.
• Manage FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers' comp, parental leave, disability programs.
• Monitor HR compliance with federal, state, local regulations.
• Maintain employee handbook and HR policies.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and performance issues.
• Assist recruitment, onboarding, and new hire integration.
• Support HR reporting, audits, and data integrity in ADP.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, Operations, and leadership.
