Reliance One, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Human Resources for a multi-site manufacturing client in Rochester Hills, Michigan. The role Direct Hire position leads HR strategies, aligns priorities with business goals, and drives HR performance across the organization.

The candidate will partner with the CEO and senior leadership to develop workforce strategies, succession planning, and organizational change while overseeing compensation, benefits, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years progressive HR experience including 7+ years in senior HR leadership.
• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations; automotive supplier exposure preferred.
• Strong business acumen; ability to align HR with operational and financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop workforce strategies that drive growth, productivity, quality and profitability.
• Partner with executive leadership to drive performance, transformation, and culture.
• Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, leadership development and succession planning.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and executive compensation programs.
• Strengthen employee engagement, retention, and workforce development.
• Direct labor and employee relations, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Lead organizational change and restructuring initiatives; ensure HR compliance.
• Use HR systems and analytics to guide decisions and measure results.
