Precinmac seeks a Director of Human Resources to lead people strategy for the Aerospace, Defense & Space business unit across US and Canada. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Labor Relations, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in an HR leadership role with multi-site or business-unit-level scope.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, industrial, or production environments.
• Experience operating across U.S. and Canadian employment environments or multi-jurisdictional HR.
• Ability to balance hands-on site HR with strategic HR partnership.
• Experience supporting M&A integration or organizational change.
• Strong knowledge of employee and labor relations, compliance, organizational design, change management, and talent development.
• Strong business and financial acumen connecting HR to P&L performance.
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to cross-border locations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor and business partner to site and business unit leadership.
• Lead HR for one or more growth locations, managing employee relations and talent planning.
• Coach site HR staff and leaders to ensure consistent HR practices.
• Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and talent movement across the unit.
• Lead change management and M&A integration efforts to improve scalability.
• Partner on compensation, total rewards, and performance management.
