Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in a related field and ten years of experience with regulatory transformation initiatives.
• Experience delivering large-scale regulatory transformations in financial services and cross-functional programs.
• Ability to coordinate with senior stakeholders and manage RAID logs; develop governance and reporting artifacts.
• Experience authoring program management playbooks, toolkits, and performance scorecards using data analytics.

Aufgaben

• Support HR data governance and data management strategy for enterprise-wide transformation.
• Translate Consent Order requirements into deliverables and support Internal Audit validation.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and executive briefs for project milestones, risks, and mitigations.
• Collaborate with HR, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and Audit to report progress and mitigate risks.
• Modernize data pipelines and enforce data governance for AI/ML initiatives.
• Support change management activities with playbooks, RACI models, and KPIs.
