Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in New York, NY seeks a Program Management Senior Lead to drive the HR data governance and data management agenda.

You will design and execute enterprise-wide HR data capabilities, align with regulatory commitments, and support internal audits and validation. The role collaborates across HR, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and Audit to deliver evidence-based artifacts and meaningful dashboards for executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• Ten years of experience in large-scale regulatory transformation initiatives within financial services.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional transformation programs and governance models.
• Designing operating models and transitioning to BAU post-implementation with controls to mitigate risk.

Responsibilities

• Support HR data governance and data management strategy delivery.
• Translate Consent Order requirements into deliverables and support internal audits.
• Collaborate with HR, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and Audit stakeholders.
• Develop playbooks, RACI models, and KPIs to promote adoption.
• Create real-time dashboards and executive briefs to track milestones, risk, and mitigation.
