Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze employee data and TA recruiting data to support HR reporting and analytics.
• Develop and execute complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.
• Design, build, maintain, and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Interpret and work with Python scripts for data analysis and reporting requirements.
• Translate data insights into business outcomes, metrics, and KPIs.
• Build, maintain, and deploy data pipelines to support reporting and analytics.
• Apply statistical concepts and data modeling techniques to analyze business data.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
