The Kraft Heinz Company in Chicago is seeking a Sr. Analyst, HR - Marketing and P&P to support the NA P&P and Central NA Marketing teams.

You will help with career development, leadership development, engagement, talent acquisition, and HR analytics while coordinating weekly data checks in Workday and HRIS systems. Responsibilities include creating data-driven insights for HR strategy, developing polished analyses and presentations, and managing budgets aligned to the annual plan.

Formación

• Solid MS Office proficiency with strong Excel skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptable in a fast-changing, matrix environment.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support Career Development, Capability Building, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Communication, Compensation and Process Improvement initiatives.
• Analyze data to derive insights for business decisions and competitive differentiation.
• Develop technical analyses and polished presentations for leadership audiences.
• Coordinate routine meeting decks (e.g., MPR, Monthly Ops Call).
• Manage people budgets to deliver on the Annual Operating Plan financials.
• Analyze data and present findings to drive data-backed HR strategy.
• Handle Workday HR data changes and weekly accuracy checks in HRIS.
• Support employees with HR inquiries on benefits, payroll, trainings, onboarding, compensation and talent management.
