Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP in Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking a Sr HR Consultant to join our Human Resource Services team, bringing experience in outsourced HR, payroll, and client management.

You will handle full-cycle HR functions for multiple clients, support recruitment, payroll processing, compliance, and data integrity in HRIS systems, while building trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of degree.
• Three (3) or more years of progressive HR experience, with functional HR knowledge across all disciplines including compliance, benefits, employee relations, talent management, and compensation.
• Proficiency using ADP Workforce Now / ADP Run.
• Previous experience preparing and processing payroll.
• Functional knowledge of all MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, outsourced HR and HR consulting services to multiple clients across varying industries
• Manage daily HR and administrative functions for clients
• Prepare, process, and run payroll for clients according to client payroll schedules, and maintain data integrity the HRIS / payroll system
• Perform full-cycle recruitment services for multiple positions across all levels of a client\'s organization, including applicant tracking, interviewing, and reference/background checks
• Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries/requests that come through the dedicated Advantage HR mailbox
• Build relationships with clients and employees as a trusted HR resource through clear and consistent communication and timely execution of deliverables
