Job summary

Mercor is seeking senior HR professionals to design evaluation tasks for AI systems across talent management, employee relations, and organizational design in large-scale settings.

The role operates on two tracks—US law (Title VII, FLSA, ADA, and state employment law) and International law (EU directives). Experts in either or both tracks are encouraged to apply, delivering reference outputs and rubrics for executive HR leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading HR at a major company or HR firm.
• Direct ownership of talent programs, employee relations, or compensation design.
• Strong understanding of HR tooling and employment-law compliance.

Responsibilities

• Construct HR scenarios spanning talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee relations.
• Build tasks across recruiting, employee relations, compensation, HR compliance and org development.
• Develop scenarios using HRIS platforms and benchmarking tools.
• Apply workforce planning, compensation benchmarking, and employee relations investigation to create reference policies.
• Author rubrics to distinguish authentic HR judgment from textbook recall.
