Job summary

Mercor, a leader in AI-driven HR solutions, seeks senior HR professionals to design evaluation tasks for AI in talent management, employee relations and organizational design for large organizations. You will build worlds on two tracks: a US track covering Title VII, FLSA, ADA, and state employment law, and an International track addressing UK/EU directives.

Experts qualified in either track are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading HR at a major company or HR consulting firm.
• Direct ownership of talent programs, employee relations matters, or compensation design.
• Fluency in HR tooling and methodologies; strong compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Construct HR scenarios spanning talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations and performance management.
• Build tasks across recruiting, employee relations, compensation design, compliance and organizational development.
• Develop scenarios involving HRIS platforms and benchmarking tools used in large organizations.
• Apply HR methodologies to standards tracking US Title VII, FLSA, ADA, state law and International EU directives; produce reference policies, investigation reports, and organizational design proposals.
• Author rubrics that distinguish authentic HR judgment from routine recall.
