HF Sinclair Corporation, based in Dallas, seeks a Corporate Environmental Specialist focused on air programs. The role supports the Midstream Environmental Department as an air technical advisor, overseeing NSPS/MACT/Title V compliance and regulatory interface.

The candidate should have at least five years of industry experience and a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, with strong writing and communication skills and knowledge of OSHA/process safety management.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of air regulations and compliance.
• Ability to lead and train a small team.
• Experience with refinery processes and emissions calculations.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage air quality compliance programs (NSPS, MACT, NSR, Title V).
• Prepare and submit routine air reports (MACT BBBBBB, NSPS GGGa).
• Direct environmental compliance activities and stack testing.
• Coordinate annual Title V compliance activities and permit renewals.
• Interface with regulatory agencies to ensure understanding of requirements.
• Advise management on risks and regulatory changes.
• Develop and update environmental policies and programs.
• Support Operational Excellence Management System initiatives.
