Job summary

HF Sinclair Corporation is seeking an HR Compliance Manager to lead and advance HR compliance programs across the enterprise. You will collaborate with Legal and HR teams to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local laws, develop policies, and drive continuous improvements in compliance processes.

You will oversee audits, reporting and training, manage immigration and work authorization processes, and coordinate cross-functional projects with Talent Acquisition and Payroll.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field required.
• PHR/SPHR or similar certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OFCCP, EEO, AAP, and immigration compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Compliance programs, policies, systems, and training.
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate impact to management.
• Oversee audits and internal controls to mitigate risk.
• Coordinate with Legal on policy interpretation and updates.
• Manage adverse action processes with HR partners and Legal.
• Lead annual compliance reporting (EEO-1, VETS-4212, AAP).
• Oversee immigration, work authorization, and vendor relationships.
