Job summary

YELM US Associates, LLC is hiring an HR Compliance Audit Coordinator to ensure audit-ready caregiver records and regulatory compliance across our licensed home care agencies. The role requires meticulous attention to accuracy and familiarity with digital filing systems.

Based in The Bronx area with on-site schedule, expect 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and compensation of $27–$29 per hour based on experience. Join a team dedicated to compliant, compassionate home care.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in home care HR, credential tracking, and digital scanning preferred.
• 2-4 years in HR compliance, auditing, or document management.
• Proficiency in HR tools like HHA Exchange, SharePoint, PaperVision a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct caregiver compliance audits to ensure documentation meets DOH, HIPAA, JCAHO requirements.
• Track and update certifications, CHRC, HHA documents, medicals, and other credentials.
