The role covers Core HR, Performance, Goals, Talent, Succession, Compensation, Benefits, and Absence Management, with support for EBS in a hybrid environment. Strong analytics and training delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in HR operations, governance or controls across ERP HR modules.
• Extensive knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM and Oracle EBS.
• Experience with SOX, compliance, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR process design, governance, and internal controls for Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Oversee end-to-end HR processes from recruiting to absence management.
• Develop system tests and training materials for HRIS users.
• Ensure data integrity and auditability across HR systems.
• Support audits and remediation activities.
